How to edit/add the hair, tattoos, mask or goggles?

i believe you have to use a 3d modelling tool to edit the hair, make masks and goggles. as for the tats you can use 3dm tool and photoshop or other graphic editors

Blender is used for 3D editing. You need to use an older version. See JaoSming's tutorials.

yeah. you have to check out jaosming's tutorial that bassman provided in the link above. i myself am not knowledgable in using blender. sorry
