How to put mods on the "Steam" version of NBA 2K14?

I usually just download NBA 2K games on PC but this year I decided to buy NBA 2K14 on PC. I bought the "Steam" version of it & I'm not sure how to put mods on this one. It doesn't have it's folders in the "Program File" folders like the previous ones that I downloaded back then. Can anybody help me out on this??
