For all people saying you get "random players", "random teams", and "random teammates" in team-up: That's wrong!

1. There is a pool of possible matchups with a certain order. If you know that order, you can manipulate it (okay that's time-consuming).
2. When people start the search at a close time-frame, they will find each other.
3. You always get the best x players from a team (where x is the number of people on one team). 1st player to join gets best player on team A. 2nd player gets best player on team B. 3rd gets 2nd best on team A and so on.

Ok, let me rephrase that: "The cpu ASSIGNS a team, player, and teammates not of your choosing. " Better?

The point is that you have no DIRECT control and choice, which is absurd.

Yes, I know that you can time it so that all your buds log on at the same time and get into a game (what of the 5th random wheel who you don't want to play with?).
Yes, I know that they assign certain matchups only (this is even worse than random - these pre-selected matchups keep revolving around. Like if you're the Knicks, you either play LA or the Nets. You will never ever play anyone else. Pathetic)
Yes, I know that you get assigned to the best and second best players. Ahem, what if the best player is Greg Monroe who runs at -15 miles/hour? I hate being a Center or PF. I'd rather be Gregg Popovich than Dwight Howard. What then?


The main complaint I have is that this is a video game. It should fulfill my every fantasy, not restrict me to playing with and controlling people I don't want to be. Imagine you turned on your tv and the cable box assigned you 1 channel. Sure, you can pull the plug, replug it back in, and try again and HOPE it's something good. But WHY THE HELL DID THEY DESIGN IT THAT WAY IN THE FIRST PLACE? Particularly when the PS3 and XBOX version are clearly not like this?

Its not like that on the consoles? Well then...Because ....2k^^ Some things which they are doing don't seem to bee reasonable.
