Importing Portraits Problem

Guys, I want to import a portrait , I make it (Tit thing and all...) so its ready...then i open RED MC i see portrait ID of the player I want to add this portrait and i see then its ok...then i replace portrait files and the specific portrait with the original but when I open the game I see neither of the old portrait and neither of the portrait I added now and that is my problem...(I checked out the portrait ID it was ok) Please help us it is about FIBA 2k14 updates...

Have you copied portrait.cdf with portrait.iff in the same folder
