Editing Shorts Model

I'm editing the 3D models of the Shorts and the changes aren't showing up in the game. Is the cloth_shorts.iff file the one I need to edit in order to make changes to the shorts 3D model? Anyone know why that wouldn't happen or if I'm foolishly editing the wrong file? Huge thanks in advance.

you are editing the right file, just know that we cannot edit the shape or form of the cloth/moving uniforms. Only the static ones. So put your player detail settings to low and I'm sure you will see your edits show up
