how to assign CFS to my career w/ 2k13 turbo trainer?

can someone please tell me how to assign a cf to my player using the new 2k13 turbo chinese multi trainer or can someone translate it i wwas messing around with it but i cant seem to figure it out it would help if i could read chinese but i cant so if anyone has figured it out please explain it to me thanx i hope someone translates it or makes a tutorial soon
