i downloaded a plug in, the normal map filter one on gimp 2.6, the installation requires putting some dll files in the GTK folder. The problem is that when I checked my common files in the program files folder, the GTK is not there. Please help resolve this problem. pls

each gimp installation can be different, figure out your version and use google to find the folder.
