Backcourt violation? I think it's a missed call. Terry tipped it before going over the line.

Quite possibly a missed call there, I guess it kind of makes up for the one in Game 3. What a game though, pretty evenly officiated throughout and both teams just gave it their all. Great game, great series, glad we're getting at least two more.

Tough call, looked like his finger skimmed it.

Awesome game. Miller rushed the 3, he caught the ball with 4 and something seconds left.

102F (around 39C).

Great win for the Mavs, love it.

Whoo! What an enjoyable game. I could not just sit down an watch the final minutes, had to stand up to do it! D-Wade's handle on that last inbounds pass was probably the deciding factor as Miami could've had a good look if Dallas didn't foul. I thought Mike Miller's three was going in, maybe just a little more to the right and it would've. :| Still, great game, hope Game 5 goes that way. I'm loving this Finals series!

We may never agree on this but game 3 officiating wasn't nearly as good to the Heat imo. We took and made a lot more shots in the paint but still the Mavericks were called for only 14 fouls while the Heat were called nearly the double with 27. There were a few calls or missed calls that went in the Heat way but still, the referees were bit too harsh on Heat players. Some of those numbers were unreal.

I was referring only to the backcourt violation in Game 3, at the end of the first quarter where Chalmers caught a pass from the frontcourt before establishing position in the backcourt and then made that long three. Take away that three and the Mavs win Game 3 86-85, though obviously they had ample opportunity to win the game from there.

Well, if Terry really touched it, it was obviously a backcourt violation. But how are the refs gonna see that? I mean, they didn't see LeBron's flopping. Those kinds of things are just not very obvious. I say the Mavs deserved this one. Both teams had the opportunity to put it away and one team did. Really excited for game 5 now. I'm not going out on a limb if I say whatever team wins the next game is gonna be the new champion. It just feels like that. Since these games are so emotional, one team will be heartbroken after game 5 and not be able to bounce back.

History favours that prediction, so it's certainly not a farfetched suggestion.

Couldn't agree more. Seems like the Mavericks play their best ball in late 4th. Huge props to the Mavericks as a team coming back from 15 down this time. Despite Dirk's struggle, you guys managed to win in the grind out Heat style game.

Somebody can tell me WHERE IS LEBRON, did he arrive to Dallas? :x :x

TWO GAMES!!! & he has done NOTHING in pro of the team!!!

in Gm 2 lost I thought that could boost Dallas and sweep the Heat... but game 3 Miami´s actitude owned me (despite another Dallas comeback after Heat big lead), but now... again another comeback and a missing James cost to Heat a lose.

I dont know, maybe winning by 8 in game one... and semi dominate that game was Poison to the Heat; after that they though they could control any situation and all team get overconfidence everytime they reach +8 pts lead, that combinate with the desperation of seeing the comeback, makes something like tonight's game.

This could sound ridiculous but I think this series should be over, in a overall evaluation Heat is superior to Dallas (see game 1)... but Mavericks is playing with more heart, with more passion and taking all the things that Heat doesnt (and also, they are doing their part in Dfense)

:applaud: Showing class in defeat. A rare thing to see, especially on an internet forum. (Y)
I guess these playoffs really showed that the Mavs are neither soft nor a team of chokers. It's ridiculous how they manage to outscore their opponents in the fourth time and time again. If that isn't clutch, then what is? Benji?

:shake: at LeBron acting early in the game. He doesn't need to resort doing such Bosh tactics.
On the plus side for the Heat, teammates are learning from each other.

He's choking, plain and simple.
So much for his proclamation of being more aggressive even before game 3.

Did Joel Anthony play very much the second half? I don't remember seeing him very much during the second half. Could explain Chandlers 9 Off. Joel Anthony had 5 off Rebs. He created a lot of second opportunities for the Heat. I understand them needing Haslem out there to guard Dirk but Chandler was just having his way on the boards. Miami shot themselves in the foot again. They had complete control of the game. I better not lose money over this series. They're really starting to piss me off. Should've been done in 4.

Edit: haven't had the best luck with bets lately. Lost $15 in a recent game of NBA 2k11, $20 in that Bulls/Heat series and now probably 40. Both times I lost money against the Heat. Now I'm betting for them. :facepalm2:

He saw a decent amount of time and ended up playing 28 minutes total. Chandler was a man possessed on the boards.

Don't get ahead of yourself. Kobe wouldn't have needed a game 5 at all. :cheeky:

On more serious note, Chandler is making an impact out on the court and that has been the key difference for the Mavericks from previous seasons. This guy positions himself so well for the rebound on both ends. I was almost hoping to see Dampier on him. As for Lebron, I like his attitude that he wouldn't have been MAD if the team won despite his poor offensive outing. Well... It's now a 3 game series. Hoping the Heat won't lose more than once. After all, the Heat still have the homecourt advantage though it didn't really matter in this series.

No doubt, pretty hard for them to win the series if they do. ;)

A seventh game would certainly be fitting for this series though, no matter who wins.
