Untradeable Player

Is it possible to make a certain player untradeable in Dynasty Mode?

It should be possible, there's a flag for it in the database (since the CPU will not make trades involving injured players). Locate the player in players.dbf and change their TRADEABLE value to False.

I make the TRADEABLE values to 99 and then simulate it and no trade was being made..

I wouldn't have thought that 99 would be a valid value for a True/False field.

Some players are un-trade-able because their salary is 0!

That's a bug, but it's also done legitimately by design (and possible to edit, as outlined above).

I just find it annoying that a superstar's salary is 0, just like Kobe's in my dynasty. Could I still change his TRADEABLE in my on-going dynasty?

You should be able to but if the problem is his salary, then I'd go ahead and edit his SALARY field. Just be sure to make a backup in case anything goes wrong.
