Look, I love the Judge, and I didn't watch the video, but the Constitution died long ago. Anyone who believes there are recognized rights in modern Western society is believing in a myth.

It's hard to pick one person to blame for it. And really, we shouldn't, the failure of protecting liberty is on all of us.

Why do you care about rights?

China is surpassing us in every single way and they have no rights. Instead the things that need to be done are simply done. And they will be surpassing us very soon. While we quibble over trivial things such as rights and trade, China is building a path to a new century. Instituting the methods that will lead us all to the future. Rather than leaving things up to the whims of the market, China instead plans for a future, one that cannot be held back by individuals who wish to sabotage progress.

If we had real leadership in this country we would undertake the same steps towards a proper system where things are simply done. We would not waste our time in Congress and instead just enact the policies that make for a better life. Our entire future will be guided by China. Film, computers, cars, television, music, all of it done by what China demands through its government. Meanwhile, America will be left behind trying to worship a market that is nothing but a failure.

It's laughable that we sit here and try to claim America is a modern nation when China sits there establishing the way forward for all societies. The idea that people should be allowed to do what they want without the approval of society as a whole is simply outdated, it is time to move forward and follow policies that improve society rather than do what people want.
