As of the trade, I really need a strong Shooting Guard, Gibsons wide open for 3 and misses, while still having the 3-point mark on him ? Thats just low.

Basically, you ask your readers (if they'd like to of course) for vital information (eg. Name, College, Height, Weight, Appearance, etc, use my NLSC Draftees Application as an example) and then using that information, you create that player in the draft class you're using. Go to Manage Roster > Scouting > Prospect Scouting. What I did, was take players who are projected to be undrafted, change their appearances and stuff to what an NLSCer requested, and boost their ratings so they can be drafted. But then of course, you're using PC, so it might involve some modding which I don't know about. It's a pretty long process, but it's pretty cool.

Cavs burn the Warriors in double overtime

Golden State had 4 players with 20 points more, Ellis lead them with 26.



Warriors were coming off their 3 straight road victory, while on the other Cleveland were expecting to get their 3 straight at home. While both teams put up a lot of efforts, the Cavs won the game in double-overtime.

You cannot say that Cleveland had a great game. They had a record 22 turnovers and were behind most of the game. They did have some great team play, as Baron lead the team with 21, Williams got 19, Hickson got 18 and 7 rebounds and it was Gee who sent the game to overtime the first place. Varejao had 10 points and 19 rebounds.


Hicksons clutch FT sent the game into second overtime.

Sadly, to even add hurt to the SF spot, Terrence Williams has been injured. He has strained his abdomen and could be out from 2-4 weeks. " Well, it is the Nba. Everybody gets injured sometime, I am just sad that it had to be Williams right now " - commented Byron Scott after the game. Seems Gee is getting his starting position back for now.


Gee finished it 15 points, 5 rebounds and 2 blocks.'


Baron did have 21 when the game ended, but Williams had 19 when he got injured at the fourth. Still, great game for Baron.

On the other side, Golden State was also struggling. The had 4 players with 20 points more, as Monta had 26 , Reggie Williams had 23 and both David Lee and Dorell Wright had 20. They were dominated on the boards, having 45 rebounds against Clevelands 65 rebounds. When we talked with the head coach Keith Smart, he said " We came in to this game with an easy attitude and were not ready of what the Cavs gave us- a overtime beating. "


Even though Lee had 20 points, he managed a double-double with 13 boards.

Cleveland is going against the Bobcats, who are 2-2 from their matches. Sadly, Warriors are going to have a hard time facing the Bulls.

Star : Baron Davis - When Williams stepped down, Baron stepped up to lead the team for the W. Baron might be 31, but he is still highly skilled.

Flunk : Daniel Gibson - Again, Gibson was 4-11 from the field, while was 0-5 from the 3PT line. You could just ask that if they were bad shot selections, but when your a 3 point shooter and your open from the line, you got to take it. Sadly, Gibson has been cold these last games. From everywhere.

Grats for the double overtime win, sad to hear Williams got injured but the injury doesnt sound that serious. Whats up with Daniel Gibson?

Usually, this information is talked in the Around The League weekly recap, but this is Huge ! We needed to get the word out.

Dan Gilbert has had enough of Gibsons off play, so he decided to have a switch. Gilbert has been talking to 2 uprising superstars, Wesley Johnson and Demar DeRozan, who both sounded happy about the trade.

Shooting Guards lead the team in the win over Charlotte

This season retiring Anthony Parker was unstoppable, having 19 points.



The Bobcats were coming off a loss against the Warriors while Cleveland was from a win against the Warriors. Needless to say, Cleveland dominated from the very beginning and got an easy W.

Cleveland success was based on their Shooting Guards. Both Parker and Eyenga had 19 points and were really solid from the field. Their " soon to-be " traded Daniel Gibson got 13 points and racked up 4 assists. We saw Gilbert at the very end of the game and he told us " Great all-around game from our guys, solid effort. About Gibson, I already told him his position and it will be announced in the next Around The League. " Cavaliers had also great game from Varejao and Davis, who both got 16 points. Sadly, it was not all happy. J.J Hickson got injuried with the same injure as Terrence Williams. Having Hickson and Williams missing while their next games are against the Celtics and Bulls, is not good.


Eyenga had 9 minutes of play and was 9-10 from the field.

From Charlottes perspective, things were not good. Young D.J Augustin had 21 points and 7 rebounds, following him was Captain Jack, who had 16 points and had a terrible time shooting the ball, being 8-30 from the field. " This team relies on Stephen, and he failed to deliver. I am happy about my play, but we need Jackson to step it up. " - commented Augustin at the press-conference. Seems like Bobcats ran into a buzz saw and cant get out of it.


Captain Jack was also 0-10 from the 3pt line.

Cleveland will have their next matchup against the Celtics, while Bobcats are hoping to conquer Detroit.

Another week gone, lets check out what happened :

Injuries : Another player is out for the season with a Torn MCL, this time its the Kings Marcus Thornton. The second year man is already injured and things do not look good. Luis Scola has broken his hand and is going to miss atleast 4 weeks. Last week, Marcus Camby broke his wrist. This week, its Andre Miller who breaks his wrist. To add even more pain, the Blazers have Aldridge out with a torn Labrum.

Trade Rumors and Signings : There were 2 trades this week. One of them was really " on fire " in media and the other one was quite quiet.



Yes the newly traded Joel Przybilla and the 2001 nr 1 draft pick Kwame Brown have been traded for Warriors Dorell Wright and Charlie Bell.

The Gibson Drama is over ! Demar DeRozan has been traded with Solomon Alabi, for Ryan Hollins and Daniel Gibson. " I thought I had a great game against Bobcats, seems I was wrong. " While Hollins and Gibson are heading to Raptors, DeRozan has already had training with the Cavs and will debut in their next game against Boston.

Players to watch :

Derrick Rose - He is averaging 25 points and 8 assists per game. Still, his stellar game has not translated into wins, as Bulls are 4-5 right now.

Deron Williams - Being second in scoring and having more assists then Rose, his game is stellar , but the difference with Rose, is that Nets are 6-3.

Dwyane Wade - Heat are 8-1 right now, only team with the same score is Pacers. Heat had 3 games this week, which Wade put down at least 31 points. He was also the East Conference Player Of The Week.

Emeka Okafor - Somebody you would not expect in this list , he was the West Conference Player Of The Week. Hornets had one game this week, but Okafor had 22 points , 17 rebounds and 10 blocks. The funny thing ? Hornets want to trade him.

Teams on a roll/fall :

Pacers are still 8-1 tied with Heat ( Heat is also on a roll, not added ). Granger has been playing like an all-star. Keep it up !

Lakers are 8-2 leading the West. With Warriors behind them with 5-1, they have nothing to worry about for now.

Jazz are 2-9. This team is in ruins after trading Deron, who is on fire. Regretting the trade ? Certainly

When i play the Bobcats Jax always detroyed me.

WTF Bobcats? Dorell Wright is really good, but now the Bobcats have only Desagana Diop playing at the center position (who in real life is injured).

Anyway, the trade for you is pretty good, but I would have kept Boobie. At least he can shoot, unlike Mr. Ten Percent Outside Shooter Derozan.

Good trade for DeRozan. I could see him developing into an All-Star in your system.
