Playbooks assignment question

how can I manually assign (via .dbf editing) playmakers' playbooks???

for example

ATLANTA

OFFENSE
131 Motion 8............
14 High 1.................
Post Up...................
32 Motion 7..............
Open 3....................
Box 1......................

DEFENSE
2-1-2-Zone
1/4-Court Man
1-2-2-Zone
1-3-1-Trap Zone
3-2-Zone
1-3-1-Zone

If I recall correctly, these are the fields you need to edit in teams.dbf:

PRIM_OFF: Primary Offensive Play
SECON_OFF: Secondary Offensive Play
ALT_1: Offensive Play #1
ALT_2: Offensive Play #2
ALT_3: Offensive Play #3
ALT_4: Offensive Play #4
OPMAIN: Main Offensive Play
DEF_DPD_L: Quickplay on D-Pad Left
DEF_DPD_U: Quickplay on D-Pad Up
DPMAIN: Main Defensive Play
DEF_DPD_R: Quickplay on D-Pad Right
DEF_DPD_D: Quickplay on D-Pad Down

Thanks Andrew, but I mean if I want my team's main offensive play to be - for example - "131 Motion 8", then what value should I give to the "OPMAIN" field???

Ah...in that case, you want to look at plays.dbf. It contains the corresponding values.

Yes, the procedure is the same whether you're working on a roster or Dynasty/Season save.
