Best Xbox 360 2009-2010 Rosters?

I've been looking to download some updated rosters off XBox Live, but I'm not sure which ones to choose. I really want to play some exhibitions with some of the new-look teams. Does anyone have any recommendations on which to download?

Did you try going to Operationsports.com there are some members there that are now making some updates on the rosters you might wanna check it out
