How to stop scoring 50 points in a half

I am sick of scoring 50 points in a half any one got any suggestions
I play with 7min quarters on all-star and even the cpus score 50 points in a half (or around that) and the end score ends up being 100 or over while on my association the other teams are scoring 50-60 point games if you have some sliders that you could recomend to me or something that could change this please tell me

juza rosters, all star, 10 mins quarters and you wont score more that 100

You could change the simulation minutes to 12 so the simulated games score in the 100s.
