If you reformat your pc means you have deleted virus right? I don't install antivirus yet because that might be one limiting nba 2k9 but still nothing happened. Please help me.... thanks...

Just reformat your pc and make sure youll now install an antivirus after that make sure youll also install a "Legit" NBA 2K9 game

Check if your 2k9 saves folder in Application Data is on the same HDD as the game itself. I know it's not the best guess, but that's the only thing that I can think of at the moment.

thats my problem theres no saves folder in application data even the nba 2k9 folder in application data doesn't exist. I tried to make one but also nothing happened.
Wed Jul 01, 2009 9:00 pm
It's probably hidden. If the Application Data folder is set as hidden, 2k9 folder won't show up in the search either. I took a while for me to find it, although I searched in hidden folders before. At first check that, and then search on the other HDD, if there's still nothing.

I knew already that it is hidden. But Ive tried everything, will it rubn on xp sp3?

No, I ment that 2k9 folder probably won't show up if you just search it - at first make App Data folder not hidden and then it should be there. And yes, I'm using xp sp3 as well.

the folder 2k9 doesnt exist in the application folder. Thats why i cant play the game.

Solution I read from official 2ksports forum.
You need to create a Windows User Account with only English letters, and run the game with that account so you can save games.

Ive already created a user account. I don't know how to do it but ill gonna try it. thanks.
