Better block

Hi! I play on the pad. What pressure in block button to better block ?

Don't really know what you are saying, but there are three basic ways of contesting shots. Some are better in different situations.

1. Hold the lockdown defense button and press the directional stick towards the shooter for a basic contest.
2. Press the block button for a jumping contest with your defender's arm outstretched.
3. Hold the aggressive modifier and press the block button for a swat block.
