Props on getting three awards. But Westbrook Defensive Player?

And Kevin Durant wasn't able to made the All-NBA team! Good luck on facing the Jazz!

Great work with the season review.

Durant got screwed on the MVP and All-NBA team selections, but good to see you pick up some hardware with DPOY, COY and Sixth Man honours, along with the All-Defensive selections. You were definitely head and shoulders above the rest of the league this year.

Second year in a row Westbrook has won DPOTY. He lead steals per game both years.

I figured I'd put a bit more effort into it. I think Roy and Aldridge's form cost Durant the MVP.

Playoffs Injury Report
Charlotte Bobcats
Gerald Wallace - Back Spasm - 1 week - Unavailable
Dallas Mavericks
Darius Songaila - Broken Finger - 2-3 months - Unavailable
Denver Nuggets
Ty Lawson - Sore Foot - day-to-day - Restricted
Most teams have their full squads available for selection.
Wallace is the biggest name injury concern, but he should only miss a game or two.

I think my game hates me. Somehow after I played the first game against Utah it managed to save over my file with another game.
I definitely did not do it because I am extremely careful if I start new Dynasties, (to check out my updated rosters), not to save them at all.
I'd made a highlights video and everything. Oh well.
Luckily I learnt from last time and have a backup copy. But now I have to play the game again.

No more starting games until after the Playoffs are finished.

Glad to hear you had a backup handy, that'd be a terrible turn of events two years in a row. I'd say you've set the tone for the series in Game 1, still expecting a sweep.
Thu Aug 05, 2010 10:45 pm
It's weird though. For the first quarter and a half they were right with me and it was a great contest.
But then I pulled away just before the half and they had no response. I imagine the games in Utah will be quite challenging.

Automatic sweep right here. I don't see
Martti. complaining to you about winning too much.
Fri Aug 06, 2010 7:10 am
I believe I have in the past, but with the roster he has, you'd expect him to crush other teams so often.

This game was a lot closer. Good job taking a 2-0 lead.

I still don't know how you hold PG's like Deron Williams or Steve Nash to under 5 assists.
Sat Aug 07, 2010 12:10 am
Well Williams plays SG for the Jazz in this Dynasty because they don't have a proper one. Ronnie Price is the main PG.
Sat Aug 07, 2010 12:15 am
Yeah, that's what I noticed. In my dynasty, they also play him SG, but at times they play him as PG, and yet he still manages to dish out 8-12 assists on me.
Sat Aug 07, 2010 11:21 am
A bit closer than I would've anticipated after the first game, seems they've still got some fight in them. Hope you can take care of business in Games 3 and 4.

I'm now 20-2 in the Playoffs. Again I'm playing the Rockets in the Conference Semis. Maybe they will put up a better fight this season.
Btw, did anyone notice that I put Durant in 'Playoff mode' for an extra bit of realism?
Sun Aug 08, 2010 3:13 pm
Playoff mode? Did he shoot 35%?
