Rockets Duo Too Much For Cavaliers
Tracy McGrady and Yao Ming combined for 54 points and made-up from their poor performance the last time they
faced Cleveland.
T-Mac had 32 points which is way more than his 8-point performance in their February 7 match. While Yao finished
with a double-double with 22 points and 16 rebounds.
"Both of us knew that we have to lead our team if we are to win this road game," said McGrady. "Our bench bailed
us out in our last meeting in Houston, and this time it was time for me and Yao to step-up."
The Rockets bench were a non-factor in tonight's game, combining for only 15 points which is a far-cry from their
57-point total in their first meeting. Thanks to their two stars they were able to get the victory.
LeBron James once again led the Cavs with 29 points including 8 assists. Michael Redd added 16 points but shot
just 6-of-24 from the field.
Notes:
- Houston swept the season series against Cleveland, 2-0.
- Cleveland shot only 39% from the floor.

James' Dunk Wins the Game for Cavs
Jermaine O'Neal just made two clutch free throws to tie the game at 108 with 17 seconds left in the game. Mike Brown
called a timeout to draw out one final play but everyone in the building knew who will take the last shot. LeBron James
inbounded the ball to Delonte West and then received it back. James isolated himself at the top of the key where he
worked on the Pacers' Danny Granger. With 6 seconds left, James exploded with a quick first step which left Granger
eating dust and he soared for a left-handed tomahawk.
James finished with 32 points with 3 steals and 4 blocks. Michael Redd and Delonte West added 21 and 16 points
respectively.
Jermaine O'Neal had a double-double with 26 points and 15 rebounds while rising star Danny Granger had 19 points and
5 rebounds.
The Pacers still had a chance to win the game with 3.1 seconds left but they were out of timeouts, so Granger had to
shoot the ball from half court which grazed the front of the rim.
"James is such a tough cover for anyone, he is a matchup nightmare." Granger explained.
Notes:
- Cleveland now leads the season series, 2-1. The two teams will meet for the last time on March 8.

James, Redd Lifts Cavs Over Rival Wizards
With a playoff-like atmosphere at The Q, the Cavaliers duo made sure that their rivals wont win one in Cleveland.
Michael Redd had a game-high 31 points and teammate LeBron James recorded a double-double with 26 points and 11
assists.
Before the game Wizards guard DeShawn Stevenson guaranteed that his team has this game in their pockets. But the
home team made him look like a false prophet.
"We cant let them come in our turf, talk smack and get a victory," James said in an interview. "They need to stop the
talk and let their game do the talking."
Washington's Big Three had a good game. Antawn Jamison scored 23 points, Gibert Arenas had 21 and Caron Butler
with 19. Meanwhile Stevenson, James' biggest critic added 12 points.
"We have another game in March, we still have a chance at redemption," Arenas said.
Notes:
- Cleveland now leads the season series 2-1.
