Skin colour change problem with arms

Is there a problem with the skin colour? I edited a prospect, matched his IFF, Portrait, etc with an existing one, but the problem is the arms are darker than the legs. And when I change the skin colour, the arms get darker/lighter depending on what I choose. What is the problem?

CAP's by default i think has darker arms
