problem with crowd :(

whenever i play any game, association, quick game, the crowd doesnt make any noise, i have the crowd noise sliders up to 100 but still no noise? i hear the commentators and the sound fx, but no crowd noise, it really ruins the game
anyone know how to fix it?
i have it on PC btw.
