HELP CONVERTING A NTSC ROSTER INTO PAL

Hi friends, I'm from Spain, so I have buy the Spanish PAL version of NBA2k9. Now I want to use a roster update, but doesn't work in my game because the roster is for US version. I've heard that tornado10 can convert the file, if he reads this, please help me! If anyones can help me I will be very gratefull. Thank you for everybody.
