questions about 2k series

i've been using nba live pc versions since 1998 and have been using ncaa roster & artwork mods. does the 2k series pc versions have mods for ncaa and can teams, players, leagues, and rosters be edited like the nba live series'? i checked on this site and on the ea site, but didn't see anything that answered my questions

no one has made an NCAA mod although one was teased a while ago


we cannot delete players or easily change the names of the existing teams

we cannot change court colors or more court logo positions

we cannot change jersey number positions or textures


we can create enough players for the mod, have basic courts and basic logos, but there would be a lot of NBA hangover stuff

if an NCAA 2k mod comes out, it will probably come out for 2k10, since we wont have 3 months to wait for a texture editing tool
