Help making Start Up and New CF's

Hey, Its Flamin Ninja and i was wondering if any one could maybe make a tutorial on how to make START UP's and CF's.

it doesnt have to be long. just a quick one.
thanks guys. im getting into cf editting now. i studied 3d last semester at uni so yeh. ;P
