MUSIC MOD NEED HELP

I was wondering if we could make a Music Mod, with not only new songs, but with artists and groups, change the system art, an overhaul of the regular game...ppl could nominate their favorite artists, songs, e.t.c

that would be very sick!!!!!

But there is no tool to extract music yet.
