Does the player personality affects the player option in the assoc mode?
Is there any way to make a player (Wade, Bosh, Anthony, Amare, LeBron) declines its option during the offseason?

Possibly, but it's unkown. Maybe if their morale is low they won't want to exercise their option. Check the player card's and see what their agent sais about resigning or not. They usually give an indication in what direction they plan on taking when their contract is up.
