sleeved jerseys template request

Hi all,
I did a search, but came up empty. Can someone link me to a jersey template for sleeved jerseys? I wanted to redo the 1990 unlv jerseys. Some players wore undershirts and some didn't. I think I can make it so the undershirt is only player specific. ..thanks.
