Away sock color

Bad news... I have asked Andrew for permission to use his NLSC rosters updated by black socks away, and I have not recieved a positive answer... Damn! I don't know if I can post 2 files without permission... (teamgear.dbf & appearance.dbf) Because they're only updated...

Can I ??
Is not that against the rules??

so i will change the shpname away serd and home in black or white then if i input the white color in the shpname i will also change the autocolor number for it to change is that what you mean?correct me again if i am wrong,,

I saw, that you can change that whit DBCommander, but can anybody write the whole process and post it or relese it in .doc form?

denisThePiston, if you are interested, you might be able to make a batch file using CDBFlite that works with Andrew's roster, or even any roster,and you don't really need his permission for that since you wouldn't be releasing any of his files, it would be up to the user to apply the change.

Making a bat file for the teamgear file would be a breeze once you know how cdbflite works. Updating the players in the appearance.dbf file would take a bit, though.

I found a way to get black socks and team color head bands/accessories.
I will use the Cavs as an example of how it works.

Open teamgear.dbf
Home Jersey (White Socks/White Headbands).. Change the autocolor, autocolor 2, and autocolor 3 to white (15461355)

Away Jersey (Black Socks/Wine Headbands).. Change autocolor to black (1644825) Change Autocolor2 and autocolor3 to Wine (7538228)

Alternate Jersey (Black Socks/Blue headbands).. Change Autocolor to black (1644825) Change autocolor2 and autocolor3 to Blue (792896)

Now you can either edit the appearance.dbf of your players or go in the game an manually edit them but set the socks to "Team Low," "Team Medium" etc.
Then if they wear headbands change them to "Team Multicolor" (I used 9).

I know this is a little tedious but it gets the job done.

I have opened this file with DB Commander PRO but in options i have not home jerseys, away jerseys and alternate jerseys, i have just type of jersey and autocolors......what can i do, to make it right?

The other accessories will be the same color as the socks if you choose (team band) (team sleeve) etc. You can just choose (band) and set a color as the color you want to use, or create a tat for that player with multicolor accessories. For rubberbands you can choose double rubber and set the 2 colors that you want ie. one white and one wine for Lebron.

You have to look at SHPNAME. Under SHPNAME you will see (Home), that is your home jersey, (Away) that is your away jersey, and (Serd) that is the alternate Jersey.

Right you just get one color. That is exactly what I said. But if you choose (Band) instead of (Team Band) you can change the color to the one that matches your team. If you select (Team Band) your accessories will be whatever the sockcolor is.

Like I told you before you can manually change them our just create a arm tat or leg tat with multicolors.
