nice KG, but i think his features are quite exaggerated,,,
the eyebrows are too high, the eyelids are too spacious, the mouth looks stretched, but the details are good (Y)

and also remove the protrution of the chin, it doesn't need protrution from the beard you have

and BTW is the earring necessary???
