Hi sir Andrew. can i ask you something ? May i know where you based your stats of each player in your 2012-2013 roster ? like field goal, blocking, passing, dribbling. ??? Thanks

so it is based on your own observation ?? not in their real percentage ???

It's based on their statistics where applicable, and the corresponding in-game effects of the ratings. For stuff like their athletic attributes, it's based on observation (and again, in-game effect of the different ranges of ratings).
