Year in LOC

I've been searching for months on how to change the year of the game. And now I think I got some clue. Inside the LOC, we'll see every words that's in the game. Now for the year, it is one of those words with %1d ' %2d" (or I think). I only mess with the line 4465 which is "%1d Slamdunk Champion". That %1d is equal to 2008. I don't know how. So if anyone here who could decode this, please post a reply.

%1d is equal to any year.

I mean, if you are in season 2015, it'll say "2015 Slamdunk Champion".

You want to change the INITIAL year to 2015 I guess.
