i mean the logo of new orleans pelicans in nba live 08 DLC logo

One should be included in NBA Action '14. There isn't a standalone update for the Pelicans at this time, as far as I can recall. You are of course welcome to browse the Downloads section and Forum, as well as make use of the Search function in both. That's what it's there for.
