Smoother gameplay on PC version?

Postby mchakko on Fri Sep 28, 2007 10:56 am

I see that one of the biggest fixes for '08 next gen at least, is smoother gameplay, more responsive, interruptible animations with better transitions.

That was my biggest gripe for '07 on PC. Does anyone know if these changes will apply much for the PC version, or will it be as choppy as ever like it was "Dragon's Lair" with only next-gen getting the improved gameplay?

I really believe they will improve the gameplay because now that xbox 360/ps3 versions are done....they can focus on the ps2 and mostly the PC because they have an extra month Oct 30th release for PC. I am really looking forward to nba live 08 for PC.

Um, the PS2 version is already done as well. I doubt they will be doing much in the extra week or two for the PC version.

I've been playing NBA live on my xbox console when I was in the Philippines. When I migrated here in the US, I sold my old xbox and bought a PSP instead. I tried NBA Live 2007 on my PSP and I didn't bother playing with it anymore. I want to wait for the PC version to comeout since I plan to buy a new gaming laptop. This would be the first time since NBA Live 2001 that I'm going to play NBA Live on a PC. I really miss downloading the shoe patches, roster patches, uniform patches, etc. They add some realism to the game.
