I don't think that the scripts of NBA Live 2005 are interpreted in a different way when run with Windows Vista but I just had this really strange phenomenon:
I had played about 35 games on my XP computer before I restarted my dynasty on my girlfriend's computer with Vista installed.
35 games with WinXP: no injuries!
3 games with Vista: 3 injuries!
Each game another player got injured in-game. Curry had back problems (out for 2 weeks), Quentin Richardson had a sore thumb and Randolph Morris pulled his calf muscle.
Coincidence?
Or does Vista run Live's scripts in a different way? 0 of 35 and now 3 of 3...I can hardly believe it.

I'd say coincidence. There were times in NBA Live 2005 where I'd go for similar stretches without experiencing any injuries then my players would suffer a rash of them, running the game on XP.
