How can i alley-oop in slam dunk contest?

if using the controller, you throw the ball with the right stick
if not, then you do the same button presses as freestyle dribbling

Check your controller configuration, make sure it's assigned to a key.

ok but i dont inderstand which one......is it the superstar trigger button?

I believe it's whatever key you hold to perform Freestyle moves (ie the substitute for the right analog stick movements).

When it comes down to it, the game is designed for a dual analog controller. You might want to run a search on keyboard controls here in the NBA Live 2005 section, it's been discussed several times of the years so you should find some more tips from other keyboard users.
