This is not just an intro patch. This patch replaces all the cutscenes in the game, which includes timouts(coach comes onto the court and squats while all the players circle around him), injuries(camera zooms in on a leg injury while teammates help the injured player limp off the floor), end of quarter, end of game, and probably the celebrations like buzzer beater victories, playoff wins, championships, and all star weekend event cutscenes.
