Fantasy drafting in dynasty mode?

I know you can do a fantasy draft in season mode but is there a way to do it in dynasty mode?

It should be one of the options in the screen after you pick your team in dynasty mode

yeah, I see it but I'm not able to select it.

i think you have to first un-select 2006 draft
