Shining on cpu's created rookies?..

Hello, I'm playing dynasty mode and after first season rookies are drafted and there's a funny shining on rookies created by cpu. When you play against a team, you can recognize a rookie in first second because of shining on head. Is there any chance of solving this problem? ( i searched the forum and i'm not asking how to create my own cyberfaces without shining effect)

Turn off lighting?
