Extracting Coach's Fsh

I'm trying to export any coaches fsh file to edit their face. When I try extracting the coach's fsh file to either nfshtool or fshline I only get a 000.BIN file. Not really sure what to do with that. So I also tried to extract using DOLFFIN Live and and I click on the coach's face fsh and all I get is like a static box (looks like snow from the tv). Please help me extract any coaches face.

so whose fsh do you want to be extracted

Use FSHX. Some of the formats EA used this year don't work with fshline or dolffin, but they work in FSHX.
