SO in my franchise, I'm trying to acquire a high draft pick since I'm a playoff team, but I'm a little confused about the level of interest bar. Obviously the more the bar is filled for my players the more the other team wants them. BUt what does the level of interest mean for the other team? IS that how much that team wants to keep the player/pick?

It means how much you're interested in it, basically what CPU does is adds all the ratings for the position the player on the opposite team plays and calculates the bar, if its Tim Duncan you want and you got Milicic at PF, the bar is gonna be full; if its Milicic you want to trade to the Spurs, the bar will be empty as they got no interest in him.
