Editing Dynasty Players

I made a dynasty called "Dynasty"

In my My Documents\NBA Live 07\saves\Dynasty folder, I edited players.dbf to switch two players around (Amare Stoudemire and Richard Jefferson). I changed the columns ORIGTEAM, TEAM, AND DFLTTEAM between the two players. I have done nothing else. Then I loaded the dynasty up in NBA Live 07, but I only see the changes in the "Trade players", "Release players", etc. screens. I don't see the new changes in the "Player Rotation" screen. I also don't see the new player in a dynasty game.

How come? Did I forget to do something?

Try going into Injured Reserve, putting Amare or RJ to IR, then going into rotation, then again going to IR and putting him into line-up, he'll be there. BTW, I don't think you should've changed origteam and dfltteam, only team.

Thanks! The IR trick worked, but should I change origteam and dfltteam back?

It should be fine to leave those fields as they are now that you've updated them.
