Waved Salaries

Waved Salaries

I tried to search and find an answer, but was unable to dig anything up.

Is there was anyway to use dbf editor to change the waved salaries of each team to 0?

It should be possible by editing the waived player so that his CASH_TEAM is 50 (the Free Agent pool).
