I'm not looking for a file. I'm looking for a list of numbers for players with a too low overall rating. Thanks for the info though. Is there something like that around here....anyone?

This is so ridiculous. That's such a subjective question. Just look at the rosters to decide who you think is overrated, then change it accordingly. It's not that hard.

Well, the best option is to modify the ratings yourself, that's what I always do to whatever roster.
