21-23 = 9
23-25 = 8
26-27 = 7
28-31 = 6
32-33 = 5
34-36 = 4
37-38 = 3
39-41 = 2
41-50 = 1

In-game Overall Ratings = 3/8 of ratings
99-94 = 10
93-90 = 9
90-87 = 8
86-83 = 7
82-78 = 6
77-74 = 5
73-71 = 4
70-68 = 3
67-64 = 2
63-60 = 1
59-40 = 0

Salary = 2/8 of ratings
≤1 mil = 10
1-2 mil = 9
2-4 mil = 8
4-5 mil = 7
5-6 mil = 6
6-8 mil = 5
8-9 mil = 4
9-11 mil= 3
11-13 mil=2
