Install.exe not working

Hi!

I just downloaded the latest version of Andrew's roster update, and was surprised to find out that it didn't work, since all others have... When i try to extract (or open directly in WinRAR) the .exe it says something about a CRC error and the file being corrupt... I have redownloaded (and reredownloaded ^^) the .rar several times but it still won't work. Any ideas?

Are you sure that's my update? I distribute my files in .zip format, not .rar format.

To install the NLSC update, download the zip file and open it with Winzip. You can extract the install.exe file if you wish but you should be able to run it within the archive.

Oh yeah, that might be true... I just assumed it was rar since that's what most ppl use.. But still, I dled it from NLSC.. (the same adress as in your signature)...

Sometimes problems occur when you download .zip archives. I'd suggest clearing your Temporary Internet Files and downloading the update again.

No problem. Out of interest, are you running Windows XP or Windows Vista? A couple of people have reported problems installing the patch under Vista and I'm trying to find out if it's a universal problem with Vista or if it's only happening for a few people.
