Big Bodies, Smaller legs Patch

can someone link me to this patch, its like a fix for players that have big bodies like andrew bynum etc. and then have gigantic calves/legs, this fix makes the legs smaller for players that have large body types, if anyone knows what im talkin about and have this patch, can they link me to the creator and thread, i cant find it in the announcements, thanks
