Could Really Need of Replies, Struggling From my Dynasty

i have a miami dynasty

Right now i have this roster

SF Walker
SG Jones
PG Iverson (i got him on a off-season trade for wade and jay-will)

Bench:

Mourning C
Devin Brown(i got him for posey) SG
Payton PG
Kapono SF
Doleac C(but trying to make him a PF)
Barron C(also making him a PF)
Simien
Quinn
Dorell Wright

i know that i have bad trade before a started my dynasty but will try to improve it. After i play for 2 games i started a trade for willie green, carney for wright,jones,simien, at first i thought that trade will kill me but after 3 games carney has been hitting great numbers for me but green
not posting me numbers as well as walker but after 2 games carney has been on the injured list because of injury.

Here is the deal, i am trying to get a good SF to make walker bench until carney return or maybe i will release walker , as well a good starting SG but i think brown is doing great ball right now as bench so maybe i will just get a good starting SG, and a bench PF. I am thinking about this trade Devean George,Buckner to Kapono, Barron,Doleac, and also about this trade Al Harrington to Haslem and Doleac. What do you think? What will i trigger? Should i sign anyone? You can make comment or make suggestion about who should i get or criticims(good spelling?)

i've always been a get rid of shaq kind of guy, he has such high value but he's only got a year left in him tops (if you've played a couple seasons already). I'd also get rid of green first chance you get, he's fucking terrible. the rest i dont really know enough about to say, but for trading wade/j-will for iverson? *smacks*.....

yeah i know that green is so terrible that he should be away in every team but what should i replace for green? and about that DW3 and j-will for iverson i know it's almost terrible

trade wade and j-will back for shaq maybe, or reverse the trade with AI, cos hes old and J-Will and Payton are good enough PG's, plus u have Dorrell Wright

i will try to trade shaq after one year if he still goes to the heat but i will not re-sign him. how about mourning? he is also old. i am happy with shaq and also with ai

I would trade haslem and why would get rid of wade when he has higher rating and is younger than Iverson

Agreed Wade might not be as good a playmaker as Iverson, but he is younger and is a better scorer IMO. Also Iverson only has 6 or so years left in him before his stats begin to drop. Also trading off Haslem would be good, trade off him and someone else around the 50's to 60's and try to get Emeka Okafor.

I would trade haslem to al harrington but would also want to get emeka any suggestion?

I make a trade to new york sending devin brown and chris quinn to david lee but david lee has a salary of 997k and after one season he will demand a higher salary. I this a good trade?. This is now sending Haslem to the bench but i will gonna trade him for al harrington but willing to give suggestions( i want to make David lee six man and also i want to have a good rookie so who do you think should i get?)
