Questions about Custom Team

the background is i downloaded the IRPT4.3
and i create a new team...let say it called FATFATPIG TEAM
and it has 10players...and it used converse team art (in DB editor...abrv2 i wrote cv)
jersey, court, etc

and now i want to use my own art~i wanna ask that
what are those art included...
and i just want to change the jersey and team logo
but still use the converse court~
how can i do that
i have created jerseys for my own team
but dont know how to just change jersey and team logo

and somebody help ?
