That's most likely due to an update you've installed for Iverson. Try removing the patch and see if that corrects the problem. If so, you might want to get in touch with the author and see what might have happened to cause that problem.

Uninstall the 2x armbands and tattoo's. Looks like you didn't install them correctly.
