EASO not working?

I just installed the game and the patch, and whenever I try to play EASO instead of EASO loading up I get a page that says "Webpage cannot be displayed" like you'd see if you tried to access a broken webpage. What could be the reason that this is happening? I know it's not my firewall because I tried it with it off. Thanks.
