How to install roster updates

I've just downloaded Goorman's Current Roster Update(Jan 20. 2007) and it doesnt say anything in the .doc file on how to install the rosters. I havent installed many rosters, so can someone help me on to do this please. Thanks

It should be a matter of simply extracting the update to your NBA Live 07/saves folder.

I dont have a saves folder, all I have are configs, database, settings folder. Can I just make the saves folder and do it?.

Ok that may sound silly but after installing the roster update what do u do?
I go to LOAD/SAVE and there are the rosters but how do i load them?

select your roster then load
